Description

Compared with sand cutting, water cutting has faster cutting speed, especially suitable for plastic, synthetic building plate, foam, rubber, leather and other soft materials and composite materials. Pure water cutting has played an important role in the application of automobile interior parts such as roof, carpet and so on. It has become a new solution for automobile interior parts forming and cutting.

YH-TR robot space water cutting system consists of robot system, ultra-high pressure pump, pure water cutting system, worktable, vacuum adsorption and waste water separation and discharge system, safety protection system, electrical control system, industrial water cooler and softening water selection system. YH-TR uses high-precision 6-axis water cutting robot as the executive mechanism, ultra-high pressure pump as the cutting energy, and die as the workpiece positioning. It realizes the edge contour line cutting and positioning drilling of the interior trim by pure water cutting, so that the workpiece and waste are separated and all the processing is completed at one time. YH-TR also has many advantages such as energy saving, environmental protection, economy, reliability, convenient operation and maintenance.
